Conference at glance
Totally 214 participants from 29 countries attended the conference. Highlights of the conference were:
We would like to express our sincere appreciation to the invited lecturers and authors for their excellent contributions. Special thanks go to the members of the Program committee, who solicited papers and elaborated the conference program.
We kept also the conference tradition and organized the Young authors contest. We would like to thank 17 young authors from 7 countries who participated in the contest. Special thanks go to the members of the Young author award committee who diligently worked through the excellent papers. The award was presented to:
Following the tradition of previous meetings we have also organized the Best poster award. Thank you to the members of the Best poster award committee who evaluated the posters according to clearness of objectives, results and conclusions, aesthetics and attractiveness, as well as according to scientific relevance. The award was given to:
- Siniša Šadek, Milan Amižić, Davor Grgić from Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Computing, Croatia, for the poster of the paper Severe Accident Analysis in the NPP Krško with the ASTEC Code,
- Changwook Huh, Jin-Hyuck Kim from Korea Institute of Nuclear Safety, South Korea, for the poster of the paper Evaluation of Applicability of LWR General Design Requirements to Very High Temperature Gas-Cooled Reactor and
- Anže Jazbec, Gašper Žerovnik, Luka Snoj from Jožef Stefan Institute, Slovenia, for the poster of the paper Analysis of tritium production in TRIGA Mark II reactor at JSI for needs of fusion research reactors.
